Wonderful book about how your brain controls your body and healthier brains give you healthier bodies. Learned about Daniel Amen through watching his lectures on OPB/PBS. Amazing!

Book was overpriced. It arrived in about a week which I appreciated but it was very marked up with highlighter.

I've only read of few chapeters of CYBCYB...but, immediately bought a second copy for my daughter and have encouraged her to read it. I have a cousin going thru a surgery to change her body today! I think readjusting ones thinking/subconscious and chemistry may be a safer long term option. The text is very readable and thought provoking.
